Monthly Training
for your dogs
at the Ranch
I often have LGDs here of a variety of breeds for a variety of reasons:
I evaluate dogs and their potential as livestock guardian dogs, including giving them experience with small livestock and large.
I take puppies in for training, to be returned to their owner when they are mature enough, both physically and from a training standpoint, to step into the responsibility ready for them in their new home.
I adore working with adolescent LGDs! I know that is a period of time in a dog’s life that most breeders don’t look forward to. I do, because it is an inherently dynamic and influential window of opportunity to set a dog up for success for the rest of his/her life. These early lessons are so important.
There are lots of reasons dogs come to the ranch. My training rate varies with the complexity of the task.
